Meet Monica and Enrico, the heart and soul of Gusto Nomad. We’re a husband-and-wife duo originally from Italy, now calling the United States home. Our shared love for healthy, flavorful food and for leaving the world a bit better than we found it inspired us to travel widely. Along the way, we discovered a profound respect for the artisans—often multi-generational families—who pour their passion into every bite they create.
